I was looking for some easy to make dessert recipes on Pinterest. I pinned many. Among them, this recipe is one of the few. The recipe and a picture tempted me so much that without wasting much time or giving a single thought how the taste would be I gave it a try. I had banana, I had egg and I had Cocoa powder too.  Within 6 minutes I found the dessert is ready in my newly brought pretty looking ramekins. I was too happy with the texture. To happy thinking of that, my blog will now have a collection of Easy dessert recipes,Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free recipes. How my blog will help my readers who are diabetic or allergen to gluten. Building castles in the air with all the blah blah facts I dug up a spoon into the cake and took a mouthful bite automatically in an imitation of  the silver screen models who seductively devour an ice cream . Immetedielty  I was seen taking another scoop from the Nutella jar and jabbing a spoonful whatever limited space remained inside my mouth. It is truly sugarless. And I am not going to make it again, unless I am old enough, have to follow a sugar-free diet or become a diabetic patient. God Forbid those days never come.
Jokes apart, If it is not tasty at all then why I am here today to share this recipe with my readers. There are two reasons – firstly, this recipe is perfect for those who are a diet freak, a diabetic, allergic to gluten intake as I told earlier. Secondly, after a little modification, this dish can become very tasty and kids friendly. What I did for Miss. Picky Pie, I pour a handful of Choco chips and topped it with Nutella spread. You can also add 1 or 2 tablespoons sugar to enrich the sweetness if you don’t want to add choco chips or Nutella. What I loved about this recipe is, it is too easy to make and takes little effort and time. It is healthy mainly for those kids who avoid Bananas. I have adapted the recipe from HERE. So enjoy the recipe:
